Journey to the European Capital of Culture 2025 - Chemnitz

Chemnitz is this year's European Capital of Culture.
On the opening weekend of the Purple Path – a sculpture trail – we'll be amidst the hustle and bustle of Chemnitz and the surrounding area. To explore the Purple Path, which winds its way around the surrounding towns, we'll travel comfortably by bus. Many artists are expected to perform during the weekend, so we might even meet some of them.

We'll explore selected highlights of the program over two days. We'll visit museums and a gallery, where a cocktail awaits us, and get a good insight into the art world of the city of Chemnitz.
Throughout all of this, there'll always be plenty of time to chat with each other.
